The Campaign „Waste doesn’t belong at home. Take it for a hike!”, launched by RoRec Association, is arriving at Calarasi this month
On Saturday, March 24th 2012, the RoRec Association, in partnership with local authorities, organizes an extensive WEEE collection campaign in Calarasi County. Temporary drop-off points will be open between 09.00 am and 15.00 pm in the following places:
1. Calarasi
a) Orizont Place
b) Voinicel Children’s Home, Mircea Voda District
2. Modelu – across the Children’s Home and at the Gymnasium
3. Roseti – Town Hall
4. Dichiseni – Town Hall
5. Unirea – Town Hall
6. Jegalia – Town Hall
7. Borcea – Town Hall
The organizers provide free home pick up service for large household appliances. Citizens can call0737.058.875 to subscribe for free transportation. The phone line is openbetween 19-23 March 2012, from 09.00 to 18.00 and on Saturday, March 24th between 09.00-14.00.
All citizens that will dispose of WEEE during the collection campaign organized by RoRec will be automatically enlisted for a raffle with the following prizes offered by Candy and Philips: 2 refrigerators, 10 microwave ovens and 10 vacuum cleaners.
The raffle with prizes will take place at the Calarasi Town Hall, on Saturday, March 24th, at 18.00 pm.

All citizens who will take part in the RoRec operation and will dispose of WEEE will be enlisted in a raffle with prizes offered by Candy and Philips. They will have the chance to win one of the two refrigerators, one of the 10 microwave ovens or one of the 10 vacuum cleaners. The raffle with prizes will take place at the Sebes Town Hall, on March 24th, at 16.30.

The RoRec Association, in partnership with the Town Hall in Timisoara, organizes a first WEEE collection this weekend in the Northern part of the town, while next week a similar campaign will be organized in the South. On Saturday, March 24th 2012, temporary drop-off points will be open between 10.00 and 17.00 at the following locations:

Toti cetatenii din Timisoara care vor participa la actiunile Asociatiei RoRec si vor depune aparate vechi sau uzate in acest weekend si in weekendul urmator vor fi inscrisi la tombola cu premii oferite de Candy si Philips, care constau in doua frigidere, 10 cuptoare cu microunde si 10 aspiratoare. Tragerea la sorti a castigatorilor si festivitatea de premiere a voluntarilor vor avea loc in Sala de Consiliu a Primariei Timisoara, pe 4 aprilie 2012, incepand cu ora 11.
