Over 8,600 children from Calarasi county enrolled in the 2011-2012 edition of the Recycling Patrol educational program. Thus, they join thousands of children from another seven counties who will take part in WEEE collection activities, internal theme presentations and other environmental activities coordinated by the teaching staff appointed by each institution participating in the Recycling Patrol.

The program continues between January 15th and 30th in the 185 education institutions that will take part in the program’s 2011-2012 edition with the installation of containers for the collection of WEEE, light bulbs, neon lamps, batteries and accumulators and with the delivery of support materials for the children enrolled in the Recycling Patrol.
